Pros: Close to 2 Metro Stations, friendly & helpful staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, free gym & squash courts. Dubai Marina & beach are about a half hour walk or short taxi ride away.
Cons: Outdoor pool very shallow (0.5m), indoor pool not suitable for children that can't swim (1.9m constant depth), extra charge if you need wi-fi. Some taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel - you must state that it is in Jumeriah Lakes Towers as they all know this area.
“ Top Tip: If you're tired after a day out and want a take-away, ask the hotel staff for leaflets - they're not provided in the rooms and most of the restaurants deliver to your room. There are food courts & takeaways on the opposite side of the lake but it isn't obvious from the hotel view. You can see them coming out of Dubai Marina Metro Station.
