“ Took half an hour to get served then got told to see someone else to check in.Then waited and waited until we got served gave us our room number and that was all very rude at reception as if we didnt exsit.Did not get told how to use the lift or were to go for breakfast.The lift system is very very bad be warned.Got to room and someone elses cases were there.Rung reception and was put on hold for ages until we decided t put phone down and go to reception once again.They came up and removed the cases no applolgise just the bell boy wanting a tip.The room a one bed room apartment was nice.The pool area is very small.Also very cramped for sunbeds as they have put up loads of tents.If you stay in the room all day then use this hotel if not please go else were
