“ We were in room 1 on ground floor, right next to reception, so very noisy, with the noisiest, squeekiest bed we have ever slept in. Couldn't report it when leaving as there was nobody on reception to talk to. We only had to stay there the one night, so glad we didn't stay longer. Upstairs bedrooms may well have been perfectly fine.
