We opened our lovely Pub and Restaurant 2 years ago and provide a female friendly relaxing environment with quality bedrooms a large range of healthy juices from top English producers a great selection of wines and some exquisite food for lunch and dinner. We have got businesses in mind and this is reflected in our champagne room with Wifi plasma screen buffet lunches or personalized menus.At the Compton Swan food is key seasonality of our menu is a priority we take every opportunity to use the products in season simple flavours to enhance the product fresh herbs and influences from all over the world France of course but also Vietnam and Thailand for the magic of their salads and spices Israel for the Mediterranean culture and their subtle use of spices and vegetables. Our specialty is Fish ... from seafood to Tuna with the elegant Seabass and the mighty Turbot we cook them simply respecting their texture we put all our efforts into the sauces and the vegetables that will garnish the dish and bring all the tastes together.
