“ Another great stay. Although this hotel is right next to a busy bar and across the road from Reading Train Station the room was very quiet. The breakfast is excellent as was the accommodation. We will use Malmaison again in the future.
“ Top Tip: If you can use the train as there is no hotel parking and the hotel is directly across the train station.

“ It's the best hotel I have been too it should be 5star hotel but the breakfast wasn't very good . They asked for £50 deposit which we didn't agree on because it wasn't in the term and condition if I knew they take £50 deposit I wouldn't book on this hotel the staff are helpful , the location is fantastic the room is very clean and top furniture . I loved my stay there and I would go again

“ Lighting was a little too subdued everywhere in the hotel. Access to the wardrobe was restricted by a pillar in the bedroom. It could have been better sited as it was a free standing one.
“ Top Tip: Hotel was in easy walking distance of station, shops, riverside walk along Thames and restaurant chains outside shopping centre by the side of river Kennet. NCP car park within 200 yards of hotel and hotel gives a discount on parking there.

“ A great hotel, I would have had a better nights sleep though if the pillows were more comfortable. I would say that is the only suggestion I would make.
“ Top Tip: This hotel is close to everything, train station, pubs, clubs, casinos etc. Fantastic location.

We had a fantastic time - it was our wedding anniversary and thought that Malmaison always looked beautiful so decided it was the place for us.
We found the standard of staff - outstanding & friendly
We found the standrad of accommodation - beautiful, clean and very high standard
We will stay again.
“ Top Tip: The train station was directy opposite the hotel which my wife and I thought was very helpful especially with the cost of parking theses days.
