“ The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and decorated nicely and had a fantasic view of the River Thames. The furnishings were 'tired' looking. The couch in our room was dirty and the arms were fraying. The shower curtain rail above the bath was rusty. Several of the settees downstairs in the lounge area were shabby. The total ambience of the hotel was very welcoming and tastfully decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
