A4 Hotel is a 10 bedroom family run hotel all our rooms are en suite with tea and coffee making facilities. We have a small bar and serve a full English breakfast . We have a free car park and we offer free wifi access. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from various pubs and restaurants and 1 mile from the city centre. Buses stop just outside the hotel and all go into Bristol city and bath

“ It was quite late, around 9pm, when I arrived and a very nice gentleman came to the door and let me in. He asked for my name, gave me a key, gave me directions to my room and let me know when and where breakfast was served. The room was tidy and clean. The en-suite facilities (wc and shower cubicle) was small but perfectly adequate. A TV, a kettle and provisions for coffee and tea were provided, but I did not make use of them. Bed was comfortable and sufficent in length for me but the topsheet and blanket were tucked in so thoroughly that they pulled out on the opposite side when I tried to get in. A cooked breakfast was provided which was nicely cooked with tasty ingredients though I would have preferred a choice as to what was included and what kind of toast was provided.

“ bedroom & bathroom small - bedhead banged against wll every time i turned over
keptb waking me up - poor nights sleep. very good english breakfast - on bus route & near to bristol meades rail station so I could catch train home.
would stay again if given larger room otherwise not.
