Arnies Guesthouse is a detached English home in the heart of Cambridge. We have eight, newly decorated rooms available ideally for those travelling on a budget. We can accommodate guests in single, double, twin and family rooms. All of the comfortable rooms have a colour television, WiFi and some have en suite bathrooms.
At Arnies Guest House, there is off-street, secure parking available for all guests at no additional charge. A full English breakfast is included in the tariff. We are only 3 miles from the city centre of Cambridge and therefore close to a wide range of activities and local attractions to make your stay a memorable one. Cambridge is the home of the world renowned Cambridge University, carols in King's College Chapel and a range of activities on the river Cam, including punting.
All rooms are carpeted, double glazed and centrally heated with comfortable beds, crisp linen/towels and a television. Guests are welcome to use the guest kitchen for hot drinks and wifi; there is also a shared bathroom in hallway. The facilities at Arnies Guest House in Cambridge include a telephone and fax, and wifi. Laundry/pressing services are also available.
There is free parking near the guest house for your convenience. We are a non-smoking business.

“ Having read other reviews we were expecting substandard accommodation. We were very pleasantly surprised! We knew there would not be anyone there to welcome us though there really should be signage letting you know that you had found the right property. I phoned the mobile number as instructed and a very pleasant lady arrived after about five minutes......She showed us to our rooms which were clean bright and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate ....... the whole package good value for money. Our one difficulty was that the rooms were too hot and the radiators would not turn off. I would happily use Arnies again ....... budget accommodation, conveniently located just a short taxi or bus ride to to the city centre.

“ My stay here with my boyfriend was amazing! We enjoyed a great weekend away in a welcoming and beautiful b&b. Service was amazing, run by a lovely lady! Rooms were all very clean and well kept and breakfast was perfect, with great service. Would definitely stay here again given the chance!

If you know little about Oliver Cromwell and want to know more come to Huntingdon. The Cromwells were a prominent local landowning family and Oliver Cromwell was born here. In keeping with this local tradition we take pride in the fact that The George which has also been a coaching inn was once the home of Oliver Cromwell's grandfather and that the Cromwell Museum is 200 yards from the hotel. Indeed traditional values coexist with modern comforts at The George.
