Very ordinary 3 star. Walls in the rooms are a bit too thin, I could hear far too much from the people in the room above me and not just their walking about but also their bed movements!
The hotel reception area is very cold and unfortunately it's where the bar and lounge area are. I had a beer and a burger which were fine but I had to keep my coat on.
It was just as cold in the morning when I left and I saw people having meetings and morning coffee all wearing their coats and looking cold. Not sure if there was a problem but some kind of portable heater would have made a big difference.
Reception staff were just as cold as the area they work in but the young lady at the bar was pleasant and smiled.
It's a hotel for a bed but not much more. Don't use a credit card to pay for anything they charge about £5 for credit card payments at the reception.

its ok . i had a good price on the room , which is why i stayed there.
i would not be happy to pay the full price as i do not feel it is value for money.

“ Hotel was OK just. Rooms are tired beds arent very comfortable breakfast wasnt great.The fact that they want a credit card swipe then try and charge you £4 for using it is ridiculous and a number of guests were extremely unhappy about this.The staff are nice and friendly and did make up for the shortcomings otherwise the score would have been much lower
