I booked this hotel for work and ended up reminding myself why I stopped staying in chain hotels. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, it's just bland. It's in the middle of a welsh speaking area - but are there any signs in welsh? As a welsh learner, I spotted one. The sporting and health facilities were also too busy for words on the one occasion I tried to use them.
The breakfast however is very good.
If you are older or have restricted mobility, try to use the upper car park as it is a steep climb from the main lower car park.
