Good access , directly adjacengt to A614 a couple of miles South of A1/A614 junction
We were at back , 1st floor so didn't experience any road noise
The hotel was friendly and well organised
Meals were very good in both restaurants
Large business / conference / party function facility as well
Spa facility was fantastic - but need to book well in advance if looking to take advantage of the massage / therapy facilities
Rooms clean and well serviced
No lift to 1st floor ; steps up / down to Courtyard restaurant & Spa - unless access from carpark

Top Tip:
Brilliant if you like walking
We came from the opening evening of Lincoln Christmas Market [ about 30 miles away ]
then 2 days walking - Clumber Park , Sherwood Forrest and Rufford Park
There are other static attractions / visitor centres and the Peak district within easy drive

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and modern. The only criticism we had was that the food was over priced as the portions were very small and seemed to take a long time to arrive!

“ We booked a deluxe room which came at a price after seeing the brochure the deluxe room included bath robes and slippers we thought? after booking in our room was large and spacious but no robes or slippers were provided. after we were checking out we asked wot was incuded We were told decause we had not booked through them we were not entitled to these items so the extra money was for room only please tell us all the entitlementst hat extra costs cover disapointed but happy for a great stay.
