The room was spotless, except all the hair, bits of paper etc on the floor behind the bathroom door. The bathroom had been cleaned with the door open.
We left early the next morning to go to the airport so just left.

“ Pleasantly suprised with facilities and friendly staff. Room slightly small for 4 people but clean. This was not a problem for a night's stay. Would definitely use this hotel again. Breakfast - no becon. I was so looking forward to a full English Breakfast.

“ We enjoyed out stay at The Bay Hotel but it would be helpful if they had more parking space - the wall at the front could be taken down to allow easy access that would free up more space as cars could drive straight in from the road if the curb of the pavement was allowed to be removed. Food good but our room was rather small but nevertheless very clean.

“ Clean well presented rooms,very helpful & friendly staff,(no trouble for us to get a different flavour of tea in room etc.)excellent location for town centre,inexpensive parking adjacent to hotel,& a really first class buffet breakfast. Only criticism,very expensive bottled water in the room & the bar prices, but overall fantastic & we will definately stay there again on our next visit to Exeter
