The hotel was brilliant, lovely and clean, very welcoming owners. The hotel is well situated for the Hoe - Plymouth Sea Front and the Barbican - Harbour side bars, resturants and shops.
A good selection for breakfast cooked and uncooked. Will defenitly be going back.
“
Top Tip:
The Village restaurant in the Barbican area was excellent, Mainly Greek food but have other choices as well. Really nice waitress and waiter. Always packed out you need to book to avoid disapointment.
The Fisherman Pub just approx 75 meters off the harbour up a few steps, just been refurbed, excellent menu, again really welcoming.

“ Owners and staff excellent, always there if you needed but not always hovering over you like some places. Breakfast good, and the girl serving dealt with some really picky diners very well and very politely. Clean room. Clean bathroom. private carpark at rear off view from main road.
“ Top Tip: Clifftop only two minutes walk away

Hotel was very clean and beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast content, quality and quantities were good.
Bedroom decor was new but 'bland'. We felt it would have been easy/cheap to add a bit of softness or character as room was a good size and had potential.
Hotel difficult to find because road works made sat. nav. unusable. A bit of info. on this would have been helpful.
But overall perfectly adequate.
“ Top Tip: In a very good location for 'The Hoe' which was just a short walk away. Although it was pouring with rain when we visited it the hoe was clearly very attractive and interesting.

“ The hotel was lovely, well decorated and cared for and exceptionally clean. Breakfasts were lovely too and the situation (very near to the Hoe) was brilliant. Had a great weekend and was made to feel very welcome. Would certainly go back. Parking was a plus too.
“ Top Tip: Mount Edgecumbe was great for a visit as was the Eden Project (an easy drive away). Eating outside on the seafront at the Barbican in April in England - amazing.
