“ Don't know about the other rooms but our family room in the attic was hot, bathroom window was locked and the carpet was stained. Mattress was past its sell-by date and slept badly as a result.

we had such a great time the staff were friendly and you only had to ask if you needed anything.
Our only concern is that when we asked for the on suite family room there was bay windows without locks on them so i had to partician the bed in front on the window just in case my child woke in the night and open the windows hence a 20,30 ft drop. MY son has special needs (autism) and we have to think of everything but if id have asked for lockable windows then they would of done something about it.
A great really clean hotel fresh towels we will def stay there again. Thank you so very much.
