The complex consists of a 6 room hotel and 9 hole golf course. Welbeck Manor is situated in just off the A38 3 miles from Plympton and 7 miles from Plymouth. “ The bedroom was large and well decorated. The en-suite was excellent. The breakfasts were superb. The view from the terrace across the golf course, climbing up towards Dartmoor, unbeatable. All this combined with the kind and helpful service made this a lovely holiday touring centre.

“ Had a lovely weekend here.Hotel staff very friendly.Breakfast great and plenty of choice.Hotel does need some of it up-dated but this does not take away from how lovely it is.We stayed in the bridal suit over looking the golf course,it was a lovely room with a really comfy 4 poster bed very clean!We paid £50 a night bed and breakfast which i think was a fair price for this hotel and room!

New owner not long taken over, so still changing things to suit their way of working.
But what time they have been running the Hotel, it gives a lovely warm feeling and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Its quiet and beautiful views, great if you want to get away from the noise of the city.
My girlfriend liked the room, the bed was just right and breakfast was not to much.
At the end of the day, it is all about value for money and what I paid for the room for two with breakfast is excellent value.

Top Tip:
Head down to Plymouth, not far by car and enjoy the HOE, see the sea and breath in that fresh air.
Also very nice vegetarian restaurant in Mayflower Street that was great value for money with lovely Indian food.
