“ Very nice hotel,presentation and cleanliness cannot be faulted.Close to Town centre although it is up a hill.We stayed in Room 4 and found there is no wardrobe or hanging space,so ok for overnight but not longer.The owner Tony was away when we stayed but Lizzie who was filling in for him was very friendly and helpful.

Bedroom and en suite finished to a high standard. Good quality, comfortable mattress and bed linen. Good selection of quality toiletries in the bathroom.
Some touches you'd only normally see in top end hotels - bathrobe, Nespresso coffee maker.
No dining room, so breakfast ordered the night before and served in the room at your requested time. Again, excellent quality and good selection.
Overall, excellent value for money and a very friendly and welcoming host.
“ Top Tip: Taylor's restaurant. Locally sourced, quality food. If it's midweek, don't worry if it looks empty when you arrive - they fill the upstairs tables first.
