Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but only 20 minutes from the centre of Plymouth. Even closer if you are visiting Langage Industrial Estate or Tamar Science Park. Almost seconds away from the China Clay works in Lee Moor.Rising from the ashes is our new Phoenix Steakhouse serving mouth-watering local Devon steaks cooked on our char grill. Our superb kitchen works its magic with fresh ingredients to create dishes to remember. The restaurant is also open to non-residents so we recommend you reserve a table to avoid disappointment. “ A very clean and tastfully decorated hotel in beautiful surrondings with stunning views. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was of a very high standard but still reasonably priced. Our only disappointment was our bed, the matress was thin, hard & lumpy which may not be a problem to some but I have a chronic condition so it was unsuitable. However, my mother was in another room where the matress was far superior, if only we had known when we arrived!!

“ Lovely location. Rooms acceptable. Food very nice. Pity there isn't a lift as transporting suitcases must be a problem for older people. Entrance could do with improvement. As a first impression it is not good. Overall very nice.
“ Top Tip: On the moor. Brilliant for peace and quiet and walks.

Between May and September, enjoy the heated outdoor pool or relax with a drink on the terrace
