“ Great central location, and a warm welcome from Darren. Room clean, cosy and very comfortable bed. Car parking facilities a little tight, but adequate. The guest house is well located and only a short walk from Broughty Ferry centre where there are loads of shops and good restaurants. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
