“ This hotel is clean and very modern decor. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is great and there is a great variety.

“ Top Tip: The Puffer near the hotel is great and has great cocktails. Tantra is a great night club that is situated just across the road from the hotel which is great.

“ hotel rooms are nice inside and clean BUT....... when we got there the room booked was not the one we booked and paid for we were then reallocated another by a reception person who looked as if he couldnt be bothered so then all ws good we had a good meal though food was reasonably priced and well presented.
when we arrived back home from the function we were attending the restaurant had been turned into a nightclub operating until 2 am we arrived back at 12 midnight and retired to our bed only to be kept awake with the racket until the back of 3 am we tried to phone reception and there were no indication of usefull no,s ie reception so we had to externally phone in to reception only to met with someone called duncan who said there was nothing he could do about the noise and tough basically..A BAD ATTITUDE TO GUESTS WAS FULL ON we avoided breakfast as we were so livid with the hotels attitude to guests, we wont be returning and strongly recommend AVOIDING AT WEEKENDS AT ALL COSTS.
