RECENTLY UNDER NEW OWNERSHIPKenny and Paula look forward to welcoming you to The Tweeddale Arms in Gifford.Built circa 1685 and still traditionally Black and White the Tweeddale Arms looks out through lime trees to the Green and the River. Located in Gifford a sweetly-lying tidy village at the foot of the Lammremuir Hills within easy reach of 17 of Scotland's finest golf courses including Muirfield and yet visitors can also enjoy the experience of Scotland's Capital Edinburgh with its historic Castle visitor attractions and finest shopping only 30 minutes from Gifford.Further attractions located nearby include the Scottish Seabird centre the museum of flight the historic market town of Haddington and Glenkinchie distillery is only a short drive away.

central heating was not working properly, staff were quick enough to supply a conventional heater, which did the job.
My was pleased to see the vegetarian sausage option on the menu.

Having not been able to have my first choice of hotel in Gifford I am now so so glad because this hotel is excellent and I feel sure that the new owners will continue to improve this establishment. I look forward to a return visit within a short space of time.
Great meals and very helpful staff.
