Free Wi-fi (hotspot) capability and internet access availability adds to the contemporary feel of the hotel.We focus on providing a personalised attentive service to all our guests. Rates include breakfast with a selection of fresh fruit delicious home made blueberry pancakes a healthy full english or vegetarian and tarragon mushrooms on toast all cooked to order or you may choose a continental breakfast in bed. At weekends breakfast is served at a civilised time (9.00am to 10.30am) perfect for sleeping off those late nights enjoying all Brighton has to offer. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Lovely room with everything you need.... lovely little touches like spa toiletries.
Great position....A short easy walk in to Brighton either along the front or through the shops.
Richard and Simon are excellent hosts.
We liked it so much we have booked to return in 6 weeks.

“ This hotel has a lot of potential, but is let down by a few things - normally I love full English breakfasts, but the sausages were pretty horrible and only having hardboiled eggs as standard was not good, although you could request others.

Welcome to Urban House a unique place to stayFrom the outside we have the charm of a classical regency building with 200 years of history. Step through the door however and you have a stylish privately owned BandB uniquely with its own intimate spa and a chic bar. The spa is ideally suited to couples but we also cater for small groups. We have a steam room sauna hydrotherapy bath and relaxation atrea together with three treatments rooms with fully qualified staff. Please note that there is a charge to use the spa its not included in the room price. Our rooms vary in size and quality and are priced accordingly but all are ensuite and have flat screen tvs hair dryers tea and coffee facilities and there is free wifi. We have a great location in fashionable Kemptown within sight of the sea and pier and short walk from an endless selection of different things to do. You find high street fashion chic designer shops Brighton famous lanes with an inexhaustible choice of bars and restaurants galleries exhibitions...

Double fronted re-furbished Regency property with eye catching contemporary decor and fittings. 150 meters from the seafront and within walking distance of some outstanding restaurants and only minutes from the centre of the city and all it's attractions. “ very basic facilities. the white towels were a shade of grey. When mentioned this to the reception the response was "they were white to start with!!!!!!!!" Broken basin in the toilet.
