Each room has a minimalist decor and modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV. There are rooms suitable for disabled guests. The Big Sleep Hotel offers a continental breakfast and has a fully licensed lounge and bar that are open to both residents and non-residents.
The Big Sleep Hotel is directly opposite the Wishtower and less than 1 mile from Eastbourne Station. Eastbourne’s Western Lawns, the Congress and Devonshire Park theatres and the International Lawn Tennis Centre are within walking distance.
Continental breakfast is included in the price but traditional English breakfast is also available at a cost of £4.50 per person.

Efficient and pleasant reception staff.
Good standards of hygiene throughout.
Comfortable if basic room but acceptable for short stays.
Better than anticipated breakfast - ie good quality cereals, a selection of danish pastries etc.

“ We did have a deal at this hotel - only £40 for the night, The room was very basic, the walls were dirty and in need of a lick of paint. The view was lovely, however the windows were filthy - such a shame! The bathroom was clean (this was its only endearing positive) and there were no tea or coffee making facilities. we have never experienced that in any B&B or hotel previously-maybe we have just chosen well before?! The continental breakfast was also disappointing - lacking any imagination and it felt rather like a youth hostel ( large, shared tables, un-laid, with a canteen feel). This hotel was ok for one night, any longer and it would make for a very unpleasant holiday!
