“ We stayed at this Hotel Easter 2012, lovely rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable, the only down side was very little hot water. It has a nice bar, the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice. When we arrived the car park was full but we were directed to an alternative car park very close by, all in all a great place to stay.

Great location and very clean and warm. The room we were shown to was cold and the heating not working but we were immediately given another room, no quibble. It was a lovely family room with bathroom. It seems there was a small problem with the heating in the other room which was rectified whilst we were there.
We were thrilled to find hotel parking which is a bonus in Brighton. The rates are reasonable and we highly recommend the Hotel.
We have children at the university in Brighton and will certainly return to Courtlands each time we visit.

“ Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and functional if a little dated. Bedding, towels etc were spotlessly clean and laundered. Water always hot. A value for money hotel close to the sea front and many restaurants and bars.
