“ This hotel met all our needs. We travelled to Hull by train to meet a cruise and the location of the hotel was excellent, right next door to the train station and with its own door from station to hotel - didn't even need to go outside. We had book an DB&B package - great value. We got back yesterday and had some time before our train so went back to the hotel for lunch. The staff were so friendly and remembered us from the week before. I would recommend this hotel.

Very centrally situated next to the railway station in Hull. Has had a recent refurbishment. Very nice bar area.
Ate evening meal in the restaraunt. The restaraunt staff needed some customer training. Not rude just lacking training.

We stayed at the Royal Hotel in Hull. The staff were friendly and efficient. The public
rooms were, as you might expect in a what was a Railway Hotel, large and well
appointed. The bedrooms were on the small side but clean and well appointed.
Breakfast was fine if you like a buffet style meal, but the staff wer more interested in
chatting than attending to the requirement of breakfast service. All in all recommended.
