NB's is a lovely warm and friendly guest house in the merchiston area of edinburgh. It is about 1 mile south of Princes Street and takes just 15-20 minutes to walk to the centre or catch a bus right outside and be there in 5 minutes. Buses run every 5 minutes most days and night buses run too so saving a fortune on expensive taxi's. We can offer lots of sight seeing advice and organise sight seeing tours all over scotland. The tour company we recommend are not only one of the cheapest in town but they also come and collect you in the morning and bring you home again! At Nb's we aim to ensure you have the most relaxing and pleasurable break possible. You will find your room immaculately clean always warm and lovely gold and red furnishings and decor. Plus black out roman blinds and very good quality beds ensure a most deep and relaxing sleep. There is wifi available in most rooms. All the team who work at Nbs try really hard to make your stay as stress free and happy as possible. Parking must be pre booked...

The Kaimes Guest House is only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Here at the Kaimes Guest House you can be assured of excellent service combined with quality accommodation in the capital of Scotland. No 15 is a beautiful bed and breakfast in a wonderful residential suburb of edinburgh just a 10 minute bus ride or 25-30 minute walk to Princes Street and the castle. There is free wifi. There are lots of fabulous restaurants close by plus wonderful shops. The house has 3 gorgeous bedrooms all furnished with genuine antiques persian rugs and wonderful deep sprung mattresses ensuring a peaceful deep night's sleep. Parking is free all weekend and from 5.30pm to 8.30am each week day. There is totally free parking all week just 500 metres from the BandB. This is a family home with 3 young children who can be noisy in the mornings so ideally suited to those who want to experience life in a scottish household and want a lovely immaculately clean room and really friendly hosts. Continental breakfast is served to your room by breakfast tray on request for £5.00 per person. All credit card payments are subject to a small 2.5% charge.
