All staff that i had dealings with were very helpful with requests made and information about questions asked.
Breakfast on day one was very good, but due to an electrical problem in the kitchen on day two, there were no breakfast served. No offer of a refund was made, or the offer of going to another hotel for beakfast.
The TV in my room had no remote, but i was told that if i had asked for one then they would of got one 'from another room' as them do get stolen.
The toilet in the room was hard to flush, something that would be attended to after i had drawn it to there attention.
I also wanted to leave my rucksack at the hotel while i went off to look around the city, but they said that they did not have anywhere in the hotel with space for this.
Apart from these problems i would use this hotel again, as it is in the city centre, and close to train and bus stations, and not far from shops and pubs/clubs.
“ Top Tip: As stated, the hotel is close to all shops and bars/clubs. Due to shortage of time i did not get to look around the city that much, but all the normal chains of pubs were close by.
