  • Lisa on reception and Lesley who served both in the bar on arrival and was on at breakfast were both full of local knowledge and further afield. The meal in the restuarant was good and the pool (whilst could do to be upgraded) was clean and easy to gain access to. The room was fine as a famiy room and having freeview helped.

Check-in date:

Friendly staff. Nice large comfortable bed. Good fitness/leisure facilities, just one drawback with the pool area - you cannot enter directly from the changing rooms & have to go back through the gym reception area.

Top Tip: Directly opposite the Ski Centre so good for active outdoor people.

Very Poor

Edward from Nottingham

United Kingdom

Check-in date:

Awful, loud music until midnight kept us awake not ideal with a 6 year old - due to a wedding on a Saturday night. The second bed (family room) was terrible, i think the mattress was ok but the springs on the bed - terrible. Also creaked every time you moved.

The shower wasn't powerful enough and was luke warm at best. i was told breakfast wouldn't be available before 8am. As we went to leave about 7.20am clearly breakfast was being served. No one asked how our stay was on the way out, and no apology was given for the bad nights sleep...I wont be going back....

Unsatisfactory

Mark from Stamford

Check-in date:

Hotel a little tired, but comfortable. Whole visit though overshadowed by the terrible check in experience, took over 20 minutes, felt quite unwelcome, not great after a long and tiring journey.
