“ The hotel was great, the staff were just as great. The room was spacious and clean, good facilities, room service was quick and they let me choose from the restaurant menu. The leisure club was better than most hotels and open early..I would definitely recommend the hotel though.

“ All the staff very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with extra pillows and towels in the wardrobe. The breakfast was very good with alot of choice for everyone. The pool area was clean and tidy, with shower gel and hairdryers in the shower/changing rooms. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

“ Hotel was booked according to address(Churchdown) and was advertised as being 3.2 miles away from Cheltenham racecourse. It however was actually 11 miles away(Upton-St Leonards) and cost £30 for a taxi to Cheltenham.
