Overlooking the Severn Vale, Hatton Court Hotel features a modern restaurant and spacious, elegant rooms. Just 10 minutes from central Gloucester, there is free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Set in a period building, the rooms at Hatton Court offer tea and coffee facilities, work space and a TV. All have a private bathroom with free toiletries. Some have jacuzzi baths and countryside views.

The Tara Restaurant serves a creative British menu using seasonal produce. The bar serves a selection of beverages and a world wine list, and there is also a terrace with panoramic views out over the Severn Valley.

Situated in the Cotswolds, the Hatton Court is just 20 minutes’ drive from Cheltenham center and only 25 minutes from Cheltenham Racecourse. Gloucestershire Airport is a 10-minute drive away and highway M5 can also be reached in 10 minutes.

“ We were breaking our journey so only one night there.
It was really very pleasant, and the staff we encountered were pleasant, polite and helpful.
We were definitely glad of our sat-nav - even though it did take a long-winded route!
The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped.
There was a varied menu in the restaurant, which which was light and airy and the views were lovely. The food was beautifully presented.

“ Top Tip: One night stop only.
It was on hills with a commanding view of the town below.
I imagine there would have been pleasant walks in the hotel grounds which were open to guests.
