“ The 'restaurant' was a Little Chef attached to the hotel. The service was slow due to a shortage of staff. We asked for a coffee but were told the coffee machine was not working. We were offered a cafetiere of coffee instead which was so weak we had to send it back. The room was very basic, water pressure was low making showers difficult, the pull-up knob on the bath tap for the shower was missing. The pillows were small and thin and there was only one spare one. The overall look of the hotel was shabby and I certainly would not go there again or recommend it.
