“ Represents excellent value for money. The staff were all very friendly, approachable and polite. The en suite room we stayed in was clean, spacious and had enough facilities in way tea, coffee, TV etc to make an overnight stay more than comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with enough choice to cater for all tastes eg; choice of cereals, juices, traditional cooked & vegetarian options. The only downside if you're a light sleeper is that the rooms at the front of the Inn border a main road and as the weather was hot and we needed the windows open, the wife didn't get much sleep due to traffic noise!! The good news is that they have annexe accomodation to the rear of the Inn, which we were told would be a lot quieter.
Although we had already eaten before arriving, they had a good selection of bar meals at reasonable prices and from what we saw, they certainly seemed generous portions and we certainly heard no complaints.
