Although there was a complication with our booking the reception staff were very helpful in sorting it all out. Paitient with the decisions that being in a party across three rooms involved. The hotel was very clean, I run my fingertips round all sorts of places. We came back on day mid clean and the supervisor came to check we were happy with our rooms. Breakfast was outstanding for its type, I have paid a lot more for inferior quality. Remember it is a stop over base for your travels, it served our purpose well and indeed many of the people we met during the very specific reason for our visit were staying there too and were equally impressed.
Nutshell good, clean building, helpful, friendly staff and value for money. What more do you need from a stopover base

“ Very Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds,was impressed with the imperial leather body wash pump in the shower, free trouser press, etc, paid a lot more for a lot worse in the past
“ Top Tip: dont expect a full english breakfast its just contential, but theres enough you get cereal with milk an apple carton of orange juice and a quasant with jam and butter
