breakfast as we felt it needed to be recognised when there were so many
people there ...........the rooms were good and our stay was great.....

There is a small restaurant that is on the beach at Hayling Island and it was
"GREAT" the food and staff excellent

Large pleasant double/triple room, but only one chair for us to sit. Good in-room facilities except no bath, TV tricky to operate, and air con. blew cold only.
Excellent restaurant staff, very helpful.
“ Top Tip: Lovely walk along the south shore of Hayling Island with great views across the Solent.

Good location, easy access from M27/A27, near to both Chichester and Portsmouth.
Attractively situated on the coast at the north end of Hayling Island.
Large pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Large breakfast room with a very good buffet and good views of the water and surrounding area.
Spacious well furnished rooms with good heating and air-conditioning.
Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms and complimentary newspapers.
Modern en-suite bathrooms with plenty of instant hot water and large good quality white towels.
Plenty of free parking right outside the door, efficient and friendly front desk.

Top Tip:
Portsmouth Historic Dock-yard is well worth a visit and tickets are valid for a year. The Pallent Gallery in Chichester has good exhibitions and is fee on Thursday evenings, it also has a good restaurant.
The "Ask" restaurant in Chichester is bright, busy and friendly. Opposite the hotel on the other side of the causeway is The Ship Inn, a busy friendly pub with views across the water, a reasonable menu, lots of space on two levels, and tables outside overlooking the water.
