Reepham House is a Victorian house (built in 1894) and our B&B is a family run business which we have run on a part time basis since 2002 and more full time since 2007 providing us with much experience in catering for your stay. We pride ourselves on our excellent value accommodation warm welcome and hearty breakfast which includes cereals fruit toast and full cooked breakfast of your choice using traditional sausages and locally produced free range eggs or vegetarian option and of course as much freshly brewed tea and coffee as you want served at a time to suit you. We have enjoyed refurbishing the house over time and now have 4 double rooms. Discounts are available for bookings of 2 nights or more corporate bookings and for any of the rooms being used on a single occupancy basis as well as bookings for more than one room - please ask we are happy to negotiate. Each room has ensuite shower and WC TV with freeview tea/coffee making facilities and free internet access. Why not make Lyndhurst the base for your holiday where you can explore the forest on foot on horseback or on a bicycle and visit many of the outstanding local attractions such as Beaulieu Motor Museum and Abbey and the local wild life parks as well as being an excellent location for visiting historic Hampshire Dorset and the Isle of Wight. Salisbury Bournemouth Poole Portsmouth and Cowes or Yarmouth are all only an hour away with Southampton Lymington and Christchurch even closer. We are close to many of the larger hotels and churches making us ideally situated for you to attend weddings or other functions in the forest. We can provide you with safe cycle storage and are happy to help by washing and drying clothes for the long distance traveller.

All bedrooms are double rooms with shower wash basin and WC. They are equipped with TV and freeview tea and coffee making facilities and internet access. It is possible to accommodate a travel cot or fold down bed for one child in the rooms.

Information in the form of leaflets and maps is available for guests to use along with excellent local knowledge from the owners. The rear car park is secure along with cycle storeage if needed. The garden beyond the car park can be used by guests to smoke relax or take tea if requested.

Directions:
Leave M27 at jct 1 for A337 signposted New Forest & Lyndhurst. Continue along the dual carriageway to next roundabout. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout along A337 signposted Lyndhurst and Lymington. This is Romsey Road leading to Lyndhurst after approx 3 miles. On entering the 30 mph zone you will pass the Police Station on your right and shortly afterwards Pats Garage (Vauxhall dealer) on your left. Approx 150 yards beyond the garage on the left is Reepham House with car park to the rear.;
