“ Top Tip: Down side was that the only food & drink was from the motorway services which was very expensive & not that nice. I would recommend using the tea & coffee making facilities in your room & take some sandwiches with you!

“ Tired bathroom. Ex smoking room that still stinks of cigarette smoke despite the cleaners attempts to cover it. Dirty towels left on landing in mid afternoon.
Booking was incorrect they were only expecting 2 adults and not 2+2.
Trolley full of dirty towels near main entrance, first impression not good.
Broken glass near front doors, smokers hang around near front door so non smokers have to walk through them.
Builders(residents) outside laughing and joking at 4 am.
