We recycle most of the waste generated by our business and do try to buy local produce when possible thus eliminating transportation emissions. We have recently installed a more fuel-efficient central heating system and monitor usage of energy. We try to eliminate as many journeys by car as possible so try to buy in at one go when shopping outside Ross (e.g. cash and carry journeys are shared with another business locally and larger quantities are now bought at a time). We feed birds and ducks and even the dog is recycled (well she is a rescue dog anyway! Their loss my gain she's an absolute sweetie!)

B&B:
Upside: Very welcoming, nice room, lovely four poster bed and good shower, tea & coffee in room, freeview tv and breakfast to order.

Downside: The walls were thin in this old 3 storey terrace house; i.e. when other guest late in (1am), we could hear them talking in their room (quite loud at that time in the morning when all else quiet) and floor boards creaking badly as they moved about. Their room was directly above ours and they talked for over an hour so we didn't sleep well this night as too noisy.

Top Tip: We had a very good meal at the 'Wilton Court Restaurant' for my birthday. It is a 5* hotel/restaurant and believe Herefordshire restaurant of the year (as told to us).
Highly recommended
