“ The Galleria is a shopping centre which is about five minutes away by car - so it depends on what you mean by "near" (re restaurants / entrtainment). Staff were kind and helpful.
“ Top Tip: There is a market in St Albans on a Saturday. Evensong in the Cathedral is worth going to.

Very Functional

If it's extras your looking for, this place is lacking.
It's a bit of a labyrinth from the reception to some of the more distant rooms.
Restaurant is quite good.
Staff are very friendly and responsive.
