“ Arriving on my own was daunting when I had to park in the muti car park (not knowing where t was) and walk through the by pass when it was dark to get back to the hotel.

“ Confusion over the car-park arrangements and how to drive there and how to get back without crossing the dual carriageway in the dark. A map would have been useful showing the underpass. Also, why could we not have used the adjacent car-park where all the other visitors where allowed to park with less risk of hooligan damage to an expensive car? Could not close shower-room door in 6009.

Regretfully,due to medical problems with my daughter who I intended to visit, I had to cancel the visit the day before leaving and was unable to transfer my booking particularly as I have found your service and this hotel to be perfect for regular trips, it also being within 2 miles of my daughter's home.
Maybe a more flexible approach to bookings would be appreciated as I will need to support my daughter, morally and physically, on a fairly regular basis in the very near future.
The hotel ratings apply to an earlier stay on 05/03/10.
