Ventnor is a sun trapped bay sheltered by high cliffs and St Boniface Downs into which the Victorian terraced town is built. Ventnor has a great variety of shops restaurants pubs and activities. Ventnor offers idyllic countryside walks unrivalled views from the top of St Boniface Downs across to Brighton to the east and Portland Bill in the west. Ventnor bay offers a sheltered beach with golden sands away from the prevailing winds. A short walk along the coastal cliff path to the west will bring you to the world famous Ventnor. Botanic Gardens where our micro climate ensures that the rare plants flourish. To the east of the bay there is a level walk along the sea wall to Bonchurch and the Luccombe landslip (which is an area of outstanding natural beauty). Steeped in history with 60 miles of stunning unspoilt scenery and a wealth of attractions the Isle of Wight has something for everyone. From historic sites to natural delights music festivals and major national events it is a unique holiday destination.

Every room has a 22" LCD television with freesat and DVD for your relaxation and enjoyment. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for those that need to do a little work or play. There is a Tassimo Hot drinks machine that will perk you up in the morning either with a coffee or tea. Or you may prefer to curl up and indulge yourself with a hot chocolate in the evening. The kingsize rooms also have silent running fridges stocked with fresh milk and bottled water on your arrival.

We have Four luxury bedrooms on offer all of which are spacious and are furnished to a high standard. Two of the rooms are King Size and have a balcony with panoramic views across the town to the sea and up towards St Boniface Downs. The balconies have tables and chairs where you can enjoy an evening takeaway with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
