The food was very good. We ate in the restaurant. The breakfast was good. Pleanty of choice ( including lamb's kidneys which I love!)
The grounds were extensive and very attractive to walk. There were many facilities to be enjoyed. We settled for Boules and outdoor chess.
The bedroom was very good to look at but the pillows were synthetic and the duvet also and of too high a Tog rating, very warm! The bathroom was good but could do with updating and a power shower.
The staff were efficient and welcoming and helpful.
Overall worth recommnending and enjoyable.
