VISIT ENGLAND SILVER AWARD - Kingsnorth Bed and Breakfast is situated in a quiet smart and modern development south of Ashford. We offer a friendly welcome two comfortable rooms and parking is available on our private driveway. Both rooms have widescreen televisions (with Freeview digital channels and DVD player) tea and coffee making facilities hairdryers (and ironing facilities on request). We provide a generous helping of complimentary tea coffee hot chocolate and special fruit teas provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. Our guest rooms are on a separate floor from our private accommodation which allows our guests an added sense of privacy almost a hotel feel without the formality! Room one has an en-suite shower room and Room two has its own private bathroom (on the floor below - we provide bathrobes). Kingsnorth Bed and Breakfast is located within minutes of the beautiful Kent countryside which leads down to Romney Marsh and the coast.Ashford International station - with Eurostar and the fast 37 minute train to London - is a short drive or taxi ride away as is Eurotunnel the famous Designer Outlet Centre and Kent's beautiful countryside. NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT PRESENT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT IN CASH. WE DO NOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12.CHECK-IN TIMES: BETWEEN 4pm and 8pmKINGSNORTH BED AND BREAKFAST Terms and Conditions:Check in time is from 4pm (until 8pm latest) and we ask you to give us an approximate time for your arrival so that we can be ready to welcome you.We provide Bed and Breakfast type accommodation and therefore ask you to vacate your room BY 10.30am each day (until 4pm) regardless of whether you have booked consecutive nights.We are obliged by our fire risk assessment and insurance policy to ensure that the maximum occupancy for each room is two people regardless of age.It is understood that any damage (such as staining to soft furnishingsbedding or breakages) is to be paid for in addition to room rates. We therefore ask that if you find any damage when you arrive you make us aware of it immediately. It is understood and agreed that guests will not eat food in their rooms and that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Cancellation: as we are a small business we ask for full payment if you cancel your booking with less than ten day's notice.WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK WITH US IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
