Freindly and helpfull staff, good food reasonably priced.
The maximum sound level on the television in our room was set to a level that my wife was unable to hear because she is hard of hearing. Consequently she was unable to enjoy the television in our room.

“ I found the hotel to be very good & very good value. Staff were lovely with me & if I am back in Kent sometime in future I will definitely return to this hotel. Breakfast was really excellent & I enjoyed evening meals. I did not get to explore Chatham so I cannot really comment on night life there.
“ Top Tip: I did not find anything much there, but then again, I did not have much chance to explore. Rochester is only about 3 miles away; well worth a visit. The cathedral is awesome & there is a very good cafe there, excellent coffee!

excellent hotel situated close to the town centre in chatham,everything is well within walking distance.We had a double room which was a very good size, which i could move around easily on my crutches,it also had a very good en-suite wet room.All floors via lift.
The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful and the food was second to none.
