“ My partner and i visit this hotel at least once a year for his chirstmas work party and we have always had a great time, sadly this time when we stayed the night there we were really dissapointed, the room was good and clean but we were reccommened to go to the hotel restaurant for dinner by the receptionist and that where it went downhill. The service at the restaurant is poor, the menu is very limited and over priced and at the end of the meal they tried to over charge us. I would recommend this hotel but eat else where !

“ Check in on arrival was smooth and friendly. We had dinner in the Verve Grill which was good value at £29 for three courses for two people and the meal, service and the food were both good. Leisure facilities at the hote was also good. The reason for the poor score is due to our room being located in the middle of a large group who were extremely noisy, they were when getting ready which was not so much of a problem, but they were running along the corridor and banging on each others doors and ours frequently. They then returned after 1am, the noise level was totally unacceptable, loud conversations in the corridor, screaming and shouting, banging on the doors, this continued until after 2:30am. The worst nights sleep we have ever had. Having a good nights sleep was the main reason why we booked a hotel to break up a long journey. Good hotel if you are on a hen do or a stag do, much more a party hotel. If we had known this we would have never had booked.

“ We stayed for 1 night and was amazed at how clean and friendly the staff was at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptionally well for a hotel! will def stay at a Village hotel in the near future.
“ Top Tip: close to the M20, leeds castle and maidstone shopping centre. Ideal location for overnight if going to France.
