“ we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy and room was also very good. the only thing that was a bit down was the service in the restaurant was a little hap-hazard, although we were allocated a table of our choice for the weekend, getting the attention of the waiter was at times annoying, having to wait up to 15 mins. before being approached at one time. saying that it was not the end of the world and i'm sure it will come good in the end. i will most certainly be coming back and i will certainly be recommending you to our friends

entertainment 10 out of 10 food 10 out of 10 bar also 10 out of 10 But the rest of the hotel is not good at all Reception is very niceBut the rooms are very shaby , window frames look like they may fall out with a high wind ,bed bases are very dirty , no toilet roll holder in bathroom . pluss its a mase once you get out of the lift to find your room. This hotel badley wants updating , The swimmingpool is realy good IF YOU CAN FIND IT IN THE MASE OF CORIDOORS AND DOORS,AND STEPS,
we will not use this hotel again

“ The only item we found and as it so minimal shows how good the Claremontis is and that it the low lighting in the restraunt made iit difficult to see exactly what you were eating. That is how good the hotel is.
“ Top Tip: the food was too goood so leave good menu,s.
