Basic hotel, needs money spending on the rooms. Bathroom was the smallest I have ever had. On the plus side in a very good position just a short walk to the North Pier. Breakfast was quite good. Enough room to park at the sister hotel 2 doors up. Reception staff very helpful.

Top Tip: The most amazing restaurant. AJ's Bistro on Topping Street - not cheap but if you want a top quality meal try it.

Hotel appearance from the outside looked quite nice. Our room did not have a shower which we prefer. The bedding looked lovely but the decoration of the room wasn't in good condition, there was small parts of the ceiling with holes in it & the doors were very shabby & parts of the old fittings had been taken off the door but some left on. Breakfast was average and the staff weren't very organised, cutlery was missing off the table & milk jugs. There wasn't enough juice glasses put out.
