The hotel itself was lovely - very big, but a modern building with spacious bedrooms and a nice modern bathroom.
The customer service was stretched to say the least.... we ordered what was supposed to be a quick bar snack before going out and half of us were still waiting for our food 45 minutes later. We had to put our taxi booking back twice, and when we chased our order the staff weren't particularly helpful. Then when the food did arrive we had to return it as it wasn't very nice. Breakfast the following morning wasn't very good either - there were no glasses for the juice, no cups for the tea/coffee, no butter, lots of empty dishes where the buffet should have been...
It was a real shame because the hotel itself is set out really well but the service is lacking. The staff that were there were working very hard but we got the distinct impression that a very large hotel had been built, was not fully booked so the staffing had been halved but they were all still expected to do the same amount of work.

“ we found this hotel brilliant the rooms were a good size and very clean,the staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast was great we didnt leave hungry. I was also very impress that you could have a choice of smoking or none smoking.I would definately stay in this hotel again.
“ Top Tip: we were at a wedding party across the road so we didnt look round the area
