“ Small family run hotel, the proprietors were lovely and very helpful with directions and what and where local amenities were. The room & ensuite were very clean and items (drinks & toiletries) were replenished daily. Great choice on the breakfast menu and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Next to the train station yet never heard a train, regular bus services to all local towns, a short walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants and also the beachfront.
“ Top Tip: Buy a day bus ticket so you can use it on any service to get to anywhere for just £4. A single journey into Blackpool town centre wouldve cost £2.60.

“ Fantastic hotel, great breakfasts, very friendly genuine landlord/lady, superb location, would highly recommend for families with children, lots of family friendly restaurants, lovely town.easy to park.
“ Top Tip: Good restaurants include the olive tree, margerita`s, the zen, and toby carvery, family pass on bus was £8.80 daily, train return was £9.00 into blackpool.
