Multi-award winning Warren House is a stunning 19th century Victorian mansion set amidst four acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. Located on the Coombe Estate just five miles from central London inside the M25 and within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airports Warren House provides the perfect setting for conferences meetings training days special events and exclusive use weddings.Warren House offers 46 luxurious bedrooms all individually furnished to the highest standards to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. All nine of our conference rooms enjoy natural daylight and beautiful views of the gardens the largest of which can accommodate up to 120 delegates. We provide state-of-the-art technology in elegant and comfortable surroundings along with complimentary wireless internet access throughout the venue and grounds. Onsite facilities include a lounge bar restaurant fully equipped gym heated indoor pool sauna and complimentary car parking. Warren House is also within a 5 minute walk from Richmond Park and 2 golf courses.Breakfast is not included in the room rates. If you request breakfast at the time of booking a supplement of £12.50 per person will be charged. If breakfast is booked at a later date or on the day then the rate of £15.00 per person will apply. Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 9.30am on weekdays and 8.00am until 10.00am on weekends. The Orchid Room restaurant is open from 11.00am until 2.30pm for lunch and 5.00pm until 9.30pm for dinner. A waiter and bar service is also available in the Lounge throughout the day.

This pub has everything fantastic rooms great food and a proper bar. It's a real find! “ Absolutely fabulous hotel. We were fortunate to be upgraded to an exec double room which was absolutely huge but the standard rooms were also faultless and to a high standard. Public areas, restaurant and bars were lovely in terms of decor with a high standard of service. We hope to return soon!
