I did request that we had the 7th floor with a good view and I did book 3 weeks in advance but didn't get my request. Very disappointed as it was my birthday.

“ Hotel was beautiful from the lobby to the room, excellent decor, very polite and courteous staff. Excellent location, not only is there a great restaurant on site but as you step outside there are a myriad of restaurants right on the edge of the water. Plus after a 2minute walk that includes crossing a pretty bridge (especially at night) you are in the Canary wharf district, Shopping, more restaurants and nice sights.
