Nice concept - but management lacks attention to detail - broken kettle, heated towel rail broken, saucepans unusable.
No welcome, or instructions about how to use the heating system.

Room was clean and I'd describe it as small and bijou- not adequate for 4 adults in my opinion but fine for 2 people- I was in a duplex apartment. When the sofa bed opened up there wasn't any room to move about - there were 3 of us on this occasion.
TV, ipod dock etc were all excellent and bathroom was fine. Main issue was kettle in kitchen which for the life of us we couldn't get to boil- not to worry King's Road miniutes away and a plethora of shops there.
No one to give key to when we were leaving but person recption when we arrived was superb and very welcoming. One of my friends has asthma and struggled with stairs - it was high up - check if you have any similar issues.
“ Top Tip: Bus outside took us straight to Albert hall which was were we were going for a concert!!
