“ The room was very small it had a double bed in a single room. I had to lie next to the wall which was very uncomfortable. There was no dining room to eat your breakfast; you had to take it up to the room. There was no cooked breakfast in the B & B only cereals to eat. The shower was off poor quality and there was no wardrobe to put your clothes into.
“ Top Tip: Don't stay here.

Out hotel was very conveniently located near Turnham Green tube station. The down side of this was the noise generated by the trains passing so close to the property every few minutes.
We were accommodated, even though we arrived early and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Out room was quite small but adequate with clean sheets and towels everyday. The radiator was broken. Although a small fan heater was provided, it was still quite cold in the room. This hotel would not be suitable if travelling with very young children as there are no rooms on the ground floor and steep stairs lead to the top floor and there is no lift in the hotel.
Breakfast is served in the room. We were given one croissant each and a cup of tea so I was quite disappointed with portion sizes.
“ Top Tip: Chiswick high street is a short walk from the property and there's a good choice of restaurants/cafes and a Sainsbury's supermarket. There is also an amazing chocolatier shop/cafe a very short walk away with delicious hot chocolate and an amazing array of chocolates to choose from. Not for the diet conscious!
